could be the age of your house you did not state how old the house is do you have aluminum wiring? could be a breaker going out could be the gauge of wiring used 12 gauge is prefered if you have 14 gauge that could be the culprit could also be your panel box is underated for your house do you have 1...

As an Inspector both for new construction and real estate i have been getting a buttload of repo homes to inspect and man what a nightmare it is becoming out here house that are sitting vacant are seriously getting raped i inspected a house that was vacant for 6 months all the appliances water heate...

ok i got a little education on the electric tankless water heaters they require 240v power can be located just about anywhere as stated by mark as they have no venting requirement but from what i was told they use up some serious juice when being used I quoted 88k btu usage for the gas ones it is mo...

Turns out that Brinks offers it as an add on for my alarm system they also monitor video now and it was more cost effective to just do that thanks for the help guys

tankless or point of use water heaters are awesome i have not seen electric ones the gas ones need a larger gas supply than a normal water heater as they use 88k btu when in use they are great depending on the size of your house and how many fixtures you run at once you might have to run 2 and eithe...

something to try on those hot windows is sun shading exterior window screens they cut down on the amount of sunlight into the room and you dont need to tint your double pane windows also now they sell what are called low "E" windows that have a green tint on 1 of the panes most states powe...
